Welcome to the Archers of Westfield website. We hope that you will take the time to browse through the various pages to gain an insight into the products and service that we provide. We are situated in the village of Westfield roughly 5 miles from Hastings in East Sussex. The Business opened in 1935 and now involves the fourth generation of Archers. We are now well into our 83rd year, of providing the people of Westfield and indeed those further away, with top quality meat.

 

We pride ourselves on three major principles:

 The knowledge and accumulated experience we have gained over many years in both

We are now taking orders for Christmas!

 Please, where possible, try to give orders in full, either in the shop or over the phone to ensure all details are discussed thoroughly. We would be grateful if all orders could be placed by or on the 15th of December. We will do our best to complete any orders placed after this date, but items will be subject to availability.




Our turkeys, which are becoming more popular year after year, will again be coming from Appledore. We've include their own comparison chart to show why choosing produce you can trace from field to plate is so important.

With nearly 80 years experience and several awards to their name, its easy to see why the turkeys the  Wreathall family produce continue to be so popular. If you've not tried them before, why not find out what you've been missing. Remember to order early to avoid disappointment.

We are now into many peoples favourite time of year when it comes to meat and the dishes it inspires. Along with our usual diced lamb and beef cuts such as shin, chuck and skirt, which are all delicious in a stew or casserole, we will also be able to offer game. We currently have a small amount of diced venison and venison steaks. However as the season continues, we will have pheasants, partridge and rabbit, along with other venison cuts like cannons and joints. Give us a call to check availability.
